Insurance Services of Texas was established in 2000. The agency was originally J P Everhart and Company and located in Dallas Texas. J. P Everhart and Company was a pioneer in the dealer bond and jetski program in the state of Texas.

Carolyn Sangster has managed the dealer bond program for the agency for over 20 years. When Mr. Everhart decided to retire in 2000 Carolyn purchased the business and moved the dealer bond and jetski programs to Telephone Texas. Since that time we have added a motorcycle program.

Charlotte Jones was employed by the agency when it moved to Telephone and acquired her general agents property and casualty license.
